Huacheng Casting Co., Ltd., an ISO9001 certified company,
is conveniently located in Nanjing High & New Technology
Development Zone. It covers an area of 36,000 square meters
and now has 150 employees, among whom there are 3 senior
engineers and 36 technicians.
We are a professional manufacturer of carbon steel castings,
low alloy steel castings, stainless steel castings, heat-resisting
steel castings, wear-proof steel castings, ordinary cast
irons, and special cast irons. We are well equipped with
the precision investment casting production line, the
soluble glass sand mold casting production line, the low-temperature
wax soluble glass molding production line, the medium-temperature
wax & silicon sol investing production line, physical
& chemical test instruments, and metallic phase detectors.

Sand mold casting: Used for producing
large-, medium-sized castings 500kg maximum of high-alloy
steels (e.g. stainless steels and heat-resisting steels),
and carbon steels.
Soluble glass precision casting: Used for producing
0.5kg to 250kg precision castings. Currently we provide
variable speed motor castings.
Silica sol precision casting: Used for producing 0.01kg
to 50kg ultra-precise castings. Currently, we provide
stainless 304 and 316 castings. Customer-tailored machining
and polishing services are available.
